SWEET MANGO - Recipes

The music of Prince H. Zesty Mango Salsa

1 ripe mango, peeled, pitted and chopped
1 ripe avocado, peeled, pitted and chopped
2 green onions, chopped
2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and finely chopped
½ cup cucumber, peeled, seeded and chopped
¼ cup fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
Juice of  ½ lemon
Juice of ½  lime
Salt and pepper to taste

Refrigerate for a minimum of 30 minutes to blend flavors.
Yield: 3 cups
