Sunrise Mango Smoothie

Blend in a blender:

3-4 cups of juice (apple, orange, guava, etc.)
1 ripe banana
1 ripe mango, peeled and pitted
Juice of 1 lemon or lime
7 fresh mint leaves

Optional:  Add ½ cup plain yogurt
                2 TB. ground flaxseed
